Relieving Stress

Once you have incorporated healthy eating and regular exercise into your daily life, you will be feel better mentally and physically. However, sometimes that isn't enough and we still feel overwhelmed. In those times, I find it so helpful to incorporate a few minutes of yoga into my day. For just a few minutes, I get to forget about my to do list or worries and just be.
Bonus: the stretching feels great after all the workouts!
